Our Spiced Cyser is an off-dry honey and apple mead which is started by using the same basic recipe as our Cyser and then aging with cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves for 6 months. Lightly spiced mulled cider, raw honey and floral aromas. Balanced honey and mulled cider flavor with a background of floral notes. Lingering honey finish with hints of mulled cider.
